Blueberry Earl Grey Iced Tea 藍莓伯爵冰紅茶



 
 

 
Wait! If you just made my Blueberry Earl Grey Tea Jam, don't wash that pot yet. This is a very simple and quick recipe that you can make from your leftover tea bags of the blueberry earl grey tea jam. My mom always tells me to reuse food if it's possible, and here is a perfect example of how you can do so. I hope you enjoy both the jam and the iced tea, and I especially want to encourage everyone to think of ways to reuse some of the food that we normally throw away! (*^▽^)/




 
Blueberry Earl Grey Iced Tea




1. Pour 3 cups of water into the same (unwashed) pot with which you made the jam.



2. Add the 2 used tea bags and heat over medium heat. Turn the heat off when it comes to a boil and let it sit until cool.



3. Take out the tea bags and strain the tea with a fine sieve. 



4. Refrigerate it until cold.



5. Squeeze in a little bit of lemon juice before serving.

這個冰紅茶的製作方式非常簡單,是利用製作藍莓伯爵茶果醬後剩下來的茶包與還未清洗的鍋子裡面的果醬渣做的,藍莓的味道濃,做起來一點也不費功夫。從小到大就養成"費物利用"的我,捨不得把用來煮果醬的茶包丢棄,希望大家也能多養成這樣的習慣,還可以使用的食物,儘量想辦法利用它們,才不會浪費喔~(*^▽^)/



 
藍莓伯爵冰紅茶

 





1. 煮完果醬的鍋子不需要先洗淨,直接將3杯水倒入鍋中。



2. 將煮果醬時已用過的2個茶包也放入,然後以中火加熱。水煮滾之後熄火,放置一旁至稍微冷卻。



3. 將茶包拿出並以細網過濾。



4. 放置冰箱冷藏至涼再拿出。



5. 加入一點檸檬汁即可使用。
